Male Arabic Secretary – Fresh Graduate – Engineering Consultancy (Doha)
A reputable Engineering Consultancy Office in Doha is looking to hire a Male Arabic Secretary (Fresh Graduate) to join our administrative team.
This position is suitable for motivated candidates who are eager to learn and develop their career in an engineering office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing official letters, reports, and correspondence.
- Organize and maintain office files and documentation.
- Schedule meetings and appointments, and coordinate daily administrative tasks.
- Support HR activities such as attendance and leave tracking.
- Handle visitor reception and internal communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, HR, or related field.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Qatar Driving License is an advantage.
- Must have a valid residence permit and transferable visa.
