Job Summary:
The Kitchen Coordinator oversees the daily operations of the kitchen to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards. They coordinate food preparation, manage inventory, and support kitchen staff to maintain high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily kitchen activities and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with inventory control; monitor stock levels, place orders, and receive deliveries.
- Support scheduling and supervision of kitchen staff and volunteers (if applicable).
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is maintained and functioning properly; report malfunctions.
- Assist in meal planning and preparation when needed.
- Monitor food storage and rotation to minimize waste and ensure freshness.

Qualifications:
