Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our manpower supply company. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in the same industry and a strong network within the Qatar market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships in Cleaning, Hospitality, Facility Management, and Construction sectors
- Identify new business opportunities and secure manpower supply contracts
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups to close business deals
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and agreements
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports
- Coordinate with HR/operations team to ensure timely mobilization of manpower
- Build long-term partnerships with clients and maintain client satisfaction
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years sales experience in manpower supply industry in Qatar is mandatory
- Strong client network and proven business-winning track record
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Valid Qatar driving license preferred
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Presentable, professional, and self-motivated
Salary & Benefits
