The Marketing & E-Commerce Executive is responsible for executing AOC’s marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent quality content across media platforms and managing its e-commerce operations to drive brand visibility, community engagement, and online sales growth.
This role reports directly to the AOC General Manager and works in close coordination with the Group Marketing Manager to ensure all campaigns, branding, and digital initiatives are aligned with the overall Group marketing strategy.
The position is execution-focused, combining digital marketing, website management, social media, and on-ground content production during events and tournaments.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Execution & Brand Alignment
Execute AOC’s marketing plans under the direction of the AOC General Manager
Implement campaigns in alignment with Group marketing strategy and brand guidelines
Support product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
Provide performance feedback and market insights to management
E-Commerce Management
Manage and update AOC’s e-commerce platform (product pictures, pricing, visuals, banners, stock updates)
Optimize product listings and descriptions
Monitor online sales performance and recommend improvements
Coordinate with operations to ensure stock and campaign readiness
Improve customer journey and conversion rate
Digital Marketing & Paid Campaigns
Use graphic design tools to develop static, video and animated content to be uses across all AOC social media channels
Execute paid campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
Monitor and analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions)
Adjust campaigns based on performance data
Prepare performance summaries for management review
Social Media & Community Engagement
Manage daily content across Instagram, TikTok, and relevant platforms
Execute the content calendar in line with approved strategy
Engage with the gaming and collectibles community
Support follower growth and engagement
Content Creation & Event Coverage
Capture high-quality photos and videos during tournaments, product drops, and store events
Produce short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, etc.)
Edit and publish content aligned with brand standards
Ensure consistent visual identity across channels
Event Marketing Support
Promote in-store tournaments and special activations
Support marketing materials and signage coordination
Be present during key events for live coverage and content production
KPIs
Online sales growth

Campaign performance (ROAS / engagement metrics)

On-time execution of marketing calendar
Qualifications & Experience
2–5 years experience in digital marketing and e-commerce
Experience managing Shopify or similar platforms
Strong understanding of paid media and performance tracking
Skilled in content creation, photography, and video editing
