PetBaba is a growing mobile pet grooming brand dedicated to providing professional and stress-free grooming services for pets in the comfort of their homes. Our mission is to create happy experiences for pets and their owners through quality care, convenience, and compassion.

We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team and help manage daily operations, customer communication, and administrative records.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily schedules, bookings, and appointments

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email

- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases

- Support purchases and operational logistics

- Assist with basic bookkeeping and documentation

- Coordinate with the grooming team for smooth operations

- Maintain organized office records and reports

Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic Arabic language knowledge preferred

- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

- Comfortable using computers and digital tools

- Admin experience is a plus

- Passion for pets and the pet care industry

- Valid Qatar driving license
