HR Coordinator | Qatar
Location: Qatar
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in Human Resources or a similar HR support role.
· Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR administration.
· Good knowledge of labor laws and HR procedures.
· Experience in the F&B industry is highly preferred.
· Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
· Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
· Support recruitment and onboarding processes.
· Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
· Assist in employee relations and HR documentation.
· Coordinate with departments regarding HR requirements and concerns.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
· Provide administrative support to the HR team.
