SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR (MEP)

B.E/BSc/B.Tech. Degree-qualified Quantity Surveyors are required with the following skills;

Over 10+ yrs. experience in Quantity Surveying/Cost Management in the MEP Construction Companies. The position is responsible for the coordination of all quantity surveying services, including but not limited to the preparation/reviewing of bills of quantities, rate analysis, monitoring project budgets, contractual correspondence, extensions of time claims, verification & certification of payments to the subcontractors, valuations of works in progress, forecasting of final costs and sales, prepare & monitor project cash flow forecasts, measure, value, submit and negotiate contract variations, project final accounts and any other commercial activities required for the projects.

Should possess high-end administration, communication and negotiation skills, Smart and professional appearance. Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.

QUANTITY SURVEYOR (MEP)

BSc/BE (Mech/Elect) degree qualified Quantity Surveyor is required with following skills:

Over 7 yrs experience in Quantity Surveying/Cost Management/Cost & Value Reconciliation in MEP Construction Companies. Should be able to carry out valuations of works in progress, forecasting of final costs and sales, prepare and monitor project cashflow forecasts, measure, value, submit and negotiate contract variations and project final accounts and monitor project budgets.
