Job Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls using provided scripts or following established call guidelines to promote our products or services (IT Solutions/Cloud Solutions/Cybersecurity).
Engage in conversations with potential customers, identify their needs, and present solutions that address those needs.
Answer questions from existing customers and provide excellent customer service.
Qualify leads and convert qualified leads into sales opportunities by scheduling appointments or transferring them to the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of all calls, including customer information and call details.
Meet daily and weekly call targets.
Stay up to date on company products, services, and promotions.
