Shop Manager cum Outdoor sale in charge (Building Materials and Heavy Vehicle Auto Parts)

·       Will be responsible for maintaining gross profit, proper inventory management, supervising operations and reporting of store activities.

·       Responsible for achieving outlet sales targets.

·       Plans and prepares work schedules and assigns employees to specific duties.

·        Ensure and verify all reports, such as purchase, inventory, and sales, are accurate and timely submissions to concerned departments.

·        Supervise employees in sales, inventory taking, reconciling cash with appropriate receipts- sales cash, returns, purchases etc., oversee daily report preparation, verification and submissions.

·         Ensure safety of staff, store, assets and inventory.

·        Ensure policies are in place to uphold cleanliness and hygiene of the shop and its surroundings as per standard set by Municipality.

·        Manage driver and deliveries and monitoring of vehicle and other company resources.

·         Identify and establish contact with potential customers

·         Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential customers

·         Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers

·         Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales

·         Recommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic
