HORECA Sales Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Direct an aggressive sales/marketing program to achieve budgeted sales volume at maximum profit with minimum expense.
• Maintain accounts receivable at an acceptable level through weekly review with corporate divisional credit manager.
• Effectively manage an independent Sales Representative network within assigned territory. Maintain an agent evaluation/development program to improve the agent in his/her areas of weakness.
• Regularly identify and evaluate competition as to price levels, service, product range, and quality as applicable to Valmont customers.
• Effectively handle claims and customer complaints within specified area as per company policy.
Qualifications:
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or related field
• 5 years of experience in Hotel, Restaurant & Café Sales Management or the same field.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
