We are hiring Skilled Fitout Supervisor / Engineers for a Prestigious Project in Kindom of Saudia Arabia. The desired candidates shall have a Good Knowledge of fitout construction processes, materials, and deatils and must be ready to join immediately.

Responsibilities:

Take charge of fitout projects, managing the site, and ensuring smooth operations.

Attend client meetings to grasp their requirements accurately and provide updates on project progress.

Effectively communicate client needs to the project team for seamless execution.

Lead and manage on-site workers, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.

Address any issues promptly to keep the project on track.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Fitout Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, team members, and workers effectively.

Ability to quickly understand and interpret client requirements.

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills to manage on-site challenges.

Knowledge of fitout construction processes, materials, and techniques.
