Sales Responsibilities:
Actively engage in selling products to existing customer.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within Qatar market
Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Educate customers about product features, benefits, and usage.
Route Planning and Management:
Plan efficient routes to maximize sales productivity and minimize travel time and costs.
Maintain accurate records of sales visits, orders, and customer interactions.
Monitor and replenish van inventory to ensure availability of products for sale.
Coordinate with the warehouse to restock van inventory as needed.
Product Knowledge:
Possess in-depth knowledge of the products being sold.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
Communicate product information effectively to customers.
Requirements:
Proven track record of success in a similar role, preferably in a FMCG distribution or related industry.
Experience in merchandising products in retail shops
Self-motivated and commitmented to the duities & responsibilities.
Good communication skills, especially in verbal communication with retail shops in Qatar
Valid Qatar manual driving license (will have to drive company's delivery van).
