• Review business plans with BDM and plan way forward. • Drive rigorous sales activities including cold calls, customer walk-ins, email follow ups etc. • Be the face of business in front of external parties like client and contractors. • Manage customer relationships by meeting or connecting with them often and convert them into business opportunities. • Ensure 100% approachability and availability to potential customers. • Establish connections with local contractors or individual tradesmen offering different services. • Manage team effectively (once employed) and monitor their performance. • Receive customer RFPs/ RFQs/ Tenders and work on costing. • Prepare realistic pricing file and share with Director for approval. • Timely submission of prices/ quotes to clients. • Receipt of purchase orders/ contracts. • Split works to purchases and/or services. • Manage purchases from local or international channels. • Assign tasks to in-house team (once available). • Assign work to local contractors/ individual tradesmen. • Monitor work while being carried out by them. • Manage all necessary paperwork like material submissions, time schedules, service reports, T&C reports, handover documentation, warranties etc. • Manage invoicing and chase payments.
• Diploma or Degree qualified individual. • Good knowhow of Qatar market • Excellent sales & marketing capabilities • Business development experience in small to medium sized organizations. • Good relationship building skills. • Decent communication skills in English (Arabic will be an advantage) • Open to flexible working. • Qatari driving license.
