Main Responsibilities:
1. Strategize the sales plan to maximize revenue and profit from hypermarkets and showrooms based on market and competitive analysis.
2. Create annual and periodic sales forecasts based on market needs.
3. Prepare list of fast moving items to maintain sufficient stock with help of subordinates
4. Articulate creative sales growth techniques and best-selling solutions.
5. Conduct best practice merchandizing to maximize products visibility
6. Ensure effective Hypermarket’s visits plan for all sales representatives and merchandizers
7. Required qatar driving licence
Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Familiarity with consumer affairs regulations and compliance requirements.
3. Must have worked in a management position (Team Leader, Department Head, Manager, etc.)
4. Must be proficient in online marketing and social media strategy
5. Computer Skills
