Looking for an experienced HVAC Project Sales Engineer to generate leads, manage HVAC project sales, and build relationships with consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
Find and develop new HVAC project sales opportunities (chillers, VRF/VRV, ducted splits, FCUs, etc.).
Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and facility managers.
Conduct client visits, presentations, and product demos.
Work with design and estimation teams on proposals, quotes, and technical submissions.
Track and follow up on projects, tenders, and RFQs.
Stay updated on construction projects and market trends.
Ensure compliance with Qatari standards (QCS, Kahramaa, Ashghal).
Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts.
Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
Desired Skills & Experience
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or related field.
3–6 years of HVAC sales experience (Qatar/GCC preferred).
Good knowledge of HVAC design, equipment selection, and technical drawings.
Network of consultants and contractors in Qatar is a plus.
Understanding of local MEP regulations.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Valid Qatari driving license and transferable RP preferred.
