A reputable Engineering Consultancy Office in Doha is seeking to hire an experienced Arabic Secretary to handle administrative and HR-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage official letters, reports, and internal correspondence.
- Coordinate daily office activities and maintain organized filing systems.
- Support HR operations including staff attendance, leave tracking, and document control.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and handle visitor reception.
- Assist in preparing contracts, quotations, and project documentation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant (preferably in an engineering or consulting environment).
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Qatar Driving License is preferred.
- Must have valid residence in Qatar and transferable visa.
