Arabic Secretary – Engineering Consultancy (Doha)


Job Description

A reputable Engineering Consultancy Office in Doha is seeking to hire an experienced Arabic Secretary to handle administrative and HR-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage official letters, reports, and internal correspondence.
  • Coordinate daily office activities and maintain organized filing systems.
  • Support HR operations including staff attendance, leave tracking, and document control.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and handle visitor reception.
  • Assist in preparing contracts, quotations, and project documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant (preferably in an engineering or consulting environment).
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Qatar Driving License is preferred.
  • Must have valid residence in Qatar and transferable visa.
