We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to lead the preparation and execution of high-quality burgers, subs, pizzas, and pasta dishes. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, consistency, and speed to a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring every plate meets our brand’s standards for taste, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
???? Prepare and cook menu items in the burger, sub, pizza, and pasta stations with precision and flair.
???? Ensure consistency in portioning, seasoning, and presentation across all dishes.
???? Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in accordance with HACCP and company policies.
???? Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock rotation, and report shortages to the Sous Chef.
????????? Train and mentor junior kitchen staff within your section.
?? Work efficiently during peak service hours while maintaining quality and speed.
???? Assist in recipe development, costing, and seasonal menu updates.
????Ensure all equipment in your section is clean, functional, and properly maintained.
Minimum 2–3 years experience in a similar role within a fast-casual or hotel kitchen.
Strong knowledge of American-style street food, including smash burgers, loaded subs, artisanal pizzas, and pasta classics.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
Familiarity with kitchen systems, prep schedules, and food cost control.
Team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Culinary diploma or equivalent certification preferred.
