Administrative Assistant to support our CEO


Job Description

QHire Human Resources Consultancy is seeking a well-presented and articulate Administrative Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and experience with productivity tools. This role involves managing schedules, participating in client meetings, creating meeting minutes, preparing presentations, and assisting with website content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Participate in client meetings and create detailed meeting minutes.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of website content.
  • Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the CEO.
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documents.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.
  • Well-presented and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (other languages are a plus)
  • Must have Qatari Driving License
